Sorry you Guys, This is an addendum to my first question with the same Title. The sound is fine when I play a music CD. When I try to listen to a downloaded Tutorial that is when the problem happens. I am a keen photographer who downloads Photography Tutorials. Thanks again Garden Nome.

It depends on the Program that you use to open the files, If you are using Media Player you need to make sure that the correct Codec pack is being used to play the files
