Hi,
I updated my iphone yesterday, all went well, but when I went to sync and backup the phone,my previous backups were deleted and the phone now hangs when backing up,plus the CPU usage is 100%
I uninstalled itunes, but some folders were left like bonjour ,how can I delete all folders including the ones which saves my data and preferences ,so I will have a fresh version of itunes. With these folders I still see my music list, contacts etc
I have installed itunes on an older PC,and the back up worked first time, plus all my info is safe.
Any help please?
Thanks

I'd try installing itunes again and use Revo to uninstall. Use the advanced mode.
