And what do you have loaded on start-up?

I have limited my start up items to firewall and antivirus (McAfee) , Ccleaner and IoBit Advanced System Care Pro v 4.0,1 which does auto clean sweep, smart defrag 2 and Malware Fighter Pro v 1.1 They only take 30 secs or so and my system is lightening fast. Interested in what others use?

You do not need much with a Desktop, My notebook uses software and drivers that it needs to do its job and cannot work without them
