I have exclusively used IE9 since it first came out but have an issue with not displaying my online banking website properly leaving most of the functions unuseable. I have tried with Firefox and all working perfectly. What do forum members think is the best browser?

rawprawn It is the verion of Chrome that is the problem, Rapport works with version 10 but not 14 according to Trusteer.

Version 12 of Chrome is the stable release. Version 13 is in beta and version 14 is till under development. If you have anything later than 12 then I am not surprised that rapport doesn't work or that there are otehr problems.

I use FF but I tried Maxthon a few days ago.

I am quite impressed.

I only started to use Safari a few weeks ago and have been greatly impressed.

As I said in another post, I use them all. Some work better than others at certain tasks (Firfox for banking, for example) but my default is IE9. It's as fast, in my opinion, as any other and almost all websites work well with it.

I use IE9 for everything and keep FF as a backup in case IE gets corrupted. Can't fault the latest IE.

How do you stop Chrome updating? I reverted to V12 using system restore and stopped "Google Update" in msconcfig, but it still updated itself to V 13 and I can't get Rapport to work.
