virtual tour won't work

I have installed the correct Java from theJava website and allowed the website to run their c heck that it is correct but I cannot view virtual tours on line. I get just a square symbol on the screen - how do I fix this?

Is your browser blocking the use of java?

I am using Internet Explorer 9. I have looked under Internet Options but cannot see anything about Java - how do I know if IE is blocking Java?

OK - have followed theinstructions to the letter and restarted my computer but still no change - I get a square symbol with arrowheads on all four sides.
