CCleaner settings

Hi,Could someone please put me on the correct track on using ccleaner ,Regarding settings in windows and application advanced settings please,Should I use the reg cleaner section or not. many thanks.

Leave the settings at default. I run the cleaner once a week and the registry cleaner once in a blue moon.

I regularly use the file cleaner (around once every 10 days), and tell CCcleaner to delete everything it finds.

I use the registry cleaner once a month, and again tell CCleaner to delete what it finds.

I've been doing this on six machines for several years, and haven't had a single problem with it.
