help!trojans and run dll!whats happened

ive been using an acer 10" in a hotel,using my 02 phone as the modem/internet.i've had avast stopping threats,and run dll access denied showing.[trojan horse sheur and generic 23.cbyg showed]i'm scanning laptop now,but was wondering what else can i do??reimage system repair has been suggested,and looks ok to use.any ideas ???i guess its some sort of virus??ive only been to usual sites,nothing different than my daily browse!i guess the 02 in hotel caused it>>??HELP!thanks in advance.since this morning pc is slow,and when i searched for pc advisor,it took me to dating sites etc!!reimage system reviews are average.some good some bad!HELP

Do you have Malwarebytes or Superantispyware on your computer? If so have you tried a scan? If you can get on-line you could try downloading iobit Malware Fighter free from iobit.com and do full scan. I picked up a Trojan the other day despite having loads of protection by opening a genuine looking e-mail and iobit Malware Fighter found it straightaway.
