hi all my m8 has a toshiba satellite laptop, its crashed with the blue screen and the message 0x00008086 thats all it does , ive tried safe mode and all other options in setup but it wont get to the desktop .main prob is the dvd drive is faulty and wont read dvds so i cant reinstall if thats needed, is it possible to do that using an external dvd rw and trying to install with that, ive checked memory and hd and both seem good.it was previously running ok and no new harware or software have been recently installed.. thanks for any info
