connecting pc to a TV

Hello, I would like to connect my pc to my TV but I cannot work out which cables I will need. The sockets on pc are DVI, HDMI and VGA. The sockets on the TV are Scart s-video and RCA. Any ideas how I can do this?

VGA to RCA is probably the easiest way to go Cable here

Do you need to connect sound as well is there a sound jack inputon the TV?

Something like this perhaps PC/TV,I have not used one myself as my TV has an HDMI socket, but worth a try.
