How to slow a program load

Hiya.

I have an autoexe program which is loading too fast to see where the temp file is being stored.

This program has a firmware file in it which I am trying to extract without all the auto loader files.

Have tried pause button but my computer is just too fast.

Does any anyone know of a method, or a software program which can help to see where this prog is going to.

Many thanks for any help.

Hi

Hi

After it's installed, can't you just put in the name of the file you're looking for and do a system 'Search'?

Just a suggestion - Winpatrol. I think there are some references to this piece of free software on PCA. (this website). Good luck.
