Virgin Mobile Broadband Alcatel USB Modem - No Service

'No service' message comes up on provided software.All was well up until this morning.Is this a common problem. I've tried it out on two computers. Has been ok for past six months.Has some one moved the goalpoasts? (Masts)

Thanks northumbria1 - Have copied your link to my favourites box.The problem has been resolved. I assume it was an 'outside' fault giving me the 'no service' message.All's well now.
