Recording streamed video

I need to record a series off Channel 5 that I missed while on holiday. The episodes appear to be streamed, is there any way I can record them onto my HDD to view later? Real Player offers to do this but only records short clips.

1 post is usually sufficient to get an answer to a problem, why not try demand 5 player?
