Laptop Keyboard problem

ventanas

Acer Aspire 5551-A. Keyboard keeps failing on certain keys, then coming back. Have had to remove passwords using USB keyboard because couldn't log in. The USB Keyboard works perfectly, so is it safe to assume it is just a broken keyboard, which is quite easy to replace (and quite cheap), or could it be something deeper.

Grateful for any help.

Try updating the keyboard driver - it may make a difference.
