I have Bt Broadband Desktop Help on my desktop and I keep getting "Critical Updates" At least one a day. Is this right? It does seem a little excessive. Regards

My opinion is that Desktop Help causes more problems than it is worth. I have been with BT for 3yrs now and have never downloaded Desktop Help and incidentally never found the need for it. I would uninstall it.

"Is this right?"

No, it's not. My guess is that you are being notified about the same update over and over again.

You could try uninstalling Desktop Help and reinstalling it, or you could follow northumbria61's advice.
