windows live photo gallery

Suddenly can't view any pics on WLPG. All the folders are there and the photos are still on my PC. Tried uninstalling the programme and reinstalling. It comes back with all my folders listed as before but saying 'There are no photos or videos in photo gallery. Why not add some? To get started click file, and then click include a folder in the gallery' Tried that numerous times to no avail. Anyone got a clue please?

Photo gallery can be a real pain at times. Try this Fixit from MS http://support.microsoft.com/mats/windowsphotoandslideshowdiag/en-us.

System Restore usyally does the trick for me.

This diagnostic solution is unavailable. I have tried system restore but it hasn't rectified the problem. Thanks for trying
