problems with netintelligence, help!!

due to problems with misco netintelligence blocking absolutley everything even though it wasn't set up to do so, i've unistalled it, but now everytime you log in on any of the accounts, the pc logs off then powers down!

has anyone got any experience with this program that can help?

What OS ? and have you restored to a time before you installed this program?

Maybe reinstall it using the 30 day trial then remove it with revo uninstaller and see if that works but as it is password protected it may not.

Or run C Cleaner to see if it removes any parts left over.

sorry, its on windows 7

i've got the password needed to uninstall the programme, which i did, and after (in safe mode as this doesn't cause the pc to turn off) and then deleted the netintelligence folder from the programs folder, and used ccleaner to show startup entrys and deleted a netintelligence file from there, but the pc is still restarting just after you log in.

I can't do a system restore as it is turned off and there are no system restore showing at all (another problem entirely it seems)

my internet browsers will not connect to the internet as it says there is a problem with the content filter (even though i can't find any trace of it!)
