my administrator account is missing

I have just made an account as a guest for my friend but when i come back to find my account as administrator it is missing and i can not get into my computer to do a system restore or find where to alter it or remove the guest account what has happened i am on windows xp home sp3

There is the "Administrator" built in account, that's always there. If it is not showing on the login screen, press CTRL-ALT-DEL twice and you will see a username password screen where you can type in the name "Administrator".
