Unblock Contacts in Windows Live Mail

I need to unblock some contacts I blocked in WLM. I inadvertently clicked junk instead of delete. Any one able to offer some straight forward help WLM is very poor I cannot see the menus a lot of the time and pressingalt doesn't help.

If you can just right click the e-mail.Scroll down to junk mail and click on add sender to safe senders list.

not sure if that is what you are looking for.
