Hi all My Sent folder has stopped, ie there is nothing in it,it was fine then about two weks ago it simply stopped!! that is, its an empty folder even when I send an email?? which are sent ok.. Dell Inspiron 6400 running windows 7, with Office 2003 with all updates many thanks George

On the Tools menu, click Options, and then on the Preferences tab, click E-mail Options. Under Message handling, the Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder check box must be selected.

Check Current View shows "Sent To" as ticked.
