The full stop button on my Dell Inspiron LT has stopped working, I've cleaned the top of the keyboard as best I can is ther anything else I can try to get this working again?

Also the the hinges to the monitor are not holding the screen up any ideas how I can dismantle this and get it working again

Not knowing how competent you are with computers or laptops, have you considered contacting a local computer repair shop for advice or prices?.

The hinge part could be basic wear and tear or something more extreme!.

You should be able to get a service manual from Dell - just input the service tag link text The easy option with the keyboard is fit a new one - 5min job and cost only around a tenner
