Hi,
Probably a silly question but I have tried and cannot get it to work. I have dug my old ps2 out from the cupboard and fancied a go on it but cant get it to work on this TV.
I have plugged the cable into the aerial sock on the back of the TV, then plugged the aerial cable into that if that makes sense? (Its a two prong adapter thing that came with the playstation. I have then plugged the other end into the playstaion and plugged it into the mains.
I can get a freeview tv picture as normal but when I turn the playstation on the TV signal drops but the playstaion doesnt come up on the screen, I have tried all the channels and outputs but I cant get it to work.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks, John.

Hi,
Im just looking around on eBay etc at the types of cables. My playstation has what seems to be called an RF cable aerial lead, this is what I have plugged into the aerial socket.
There are many plugs I have seen on eBay called av leads, do I need this aswell?
Thanks, John.

If the only connection between the Playstation and the TV is the RF (aerial) lead, i.e. it doesn't have a SCART connection, then it will be outputting an analogue signal. You'll have to set up the TV's "analogue" tuner to find the Playstation because it is currently using its "digital" tuner to receive Freeview programmes.
If the TV doesn't incorporate an analogue tuner, it may not be possible to use the Playstation with it.
