I have downloaded windows live mail 2011 but when it comes to setting it up I come to a full stop. The page asks me for the pop3 and smtp address but apparantly it is a well kept secret. I phoned sky and the person on the other end only knew how to connect me to the broadband. I have visited the sky website but cannot obtain the info I require. I assume it is possible to use live mail to download my email? Can anyone please help
