Problems doing Outlook back-up

My new computer has arrived, and now I am trying to copy all my files ready to transfer them, including all my Outlook emails. Am trying to do an Outlook Back-up, but every time I try, I get the message Cannot copy Personal: The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file. Anyone any ideas how to solve this so that I can copy all my (many!) emails to my new computer?

Think I've got it - it was because My Documents was open - when I plug in my new computer and try and copy the file to it, all will be revealed!
