hi all

i have a acer aspire 5332 running windows 7 os i am having problems with the keyboard all the keyboard settings are set for english united kingdom but when i press the keys it is putting different letters and number in and i cannot used the delete or backspace keys as all it does is to put equal signs in can anybody tell me if there is a key that needs to be press to get the keyboard back to its original settings please thank you martan
