Outlook Express Password Pop Ups

After being fine all day, an hour ago when using Outlook Express, approximately once in every three attempts I'm getting the small box appearing asking me to confirm my password. If I click on it, it seems to work at the next attempt but then reappears again. As it was working fine earlier today, can anyone tell me if this is a server problem?

Thanks Fruitbat, I think it may be Talk Talk's end....anyone else lost their outlook express emails from them?

Just phoned Talk Talk and they tell me that Webmail and email is down here and they are working on it...anyone else affected?
