Outlook Express lost password?

Hiya guys im having a nightmare of a day! whilst im in the process of fixing a laptop my female friend has just had her laptop back from a shop which repaired it with a new HD and OS, she uses "Outlook Express" for her business emails but she has lost the password and only knows the email address? ive never used it so ive got no idea? can anyone please tell me how she can gain access to her account pls? Thanks

Outlook Express is an email client.

With whom does she have the account as the password comes from them.

Phone NTL up it is free if you have the phone package as well.

Just explain that you have had the computer fixed and cannot remember the password.

They will ask a few questions and give you the password or to be safe they will post it out to your address.
