Computer turns off on its own

I am running Windows 7 Professional and have set the Power Options in Control Panel to: Balanced: Turn off display to 15 minutes Put the computer to sleep to 30 minutes

If I leave my computer and return after 30 minutes I find it has completely shut down. Any ideas how I can remedy this?

My personal opinion is not to use the Power options. Leave everything at Never, then no more problem of turning off.

Thanks Nontek. I am sorry but I do not agree with you. I want to keep my electricity bill as low as possible.

P.S. Am only replying to this now because I have just found it in Spam Mail in the BT Internet website.
