P.C. World (USA) reports a new site for people feeling remorseful , having bought something finding it outdated or reduced in price in a few days or weeks, the site called "Decide.com" claims to search for rumours of a new model or price drop imminent so you can hold off buying for a while.

I haven't tested it.
