My computer has recently become unstable and I have had a few crashes. Microsoft has supplied the following info:

C:\DOCUME~1\User\Local~1\TEMP\WER5bea.dir00\Mini 050511-01.dmp C:\DOCUME~1\User\Local~1\TEMP\WER5bea.dir00\sysdata.xml C:\DOCUME~1\User\Local~1\TEMP\WER2594.dir00\sychost.exe.mdmp C:\DOCUME~1\User\Local~1\TEMP\WER2594.dir00\appcompat.txt

BCCode: 24 BCP1:001902FE BCP2: F3200644 BCP3: F3200340 BCP4: 8052A097 OSVer512600 SP. 30 Product 7681

Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

Event Type: BEX P1: sychost.exe P2: 5.1.2600.5512 P3: 48025bc0 P4 unknown P5: 0.0.0.0 P6: 00000000 P7: 0066ecc8 P8: c0000005 P9: 00000008

This is doubtless useful, but is gobbledegook to me! Can anyone tell me in simple terms what to do to strengthen the system?

Many thanks

RogerB
