Hi, I have newest version of iTunes .recently got iPod when synced it bars me from accessing iTunes store (can't buy any apps etc.) any ideas how to sort this, the technical info on Apple site is intimidating. Ta

I assume you have an Apple account with ID and password? The ID is usually your e Mail address. I only use iPod Vouchers and have several accounts (without giving my credit card) for different grand children.

I have and I use my credit card-I don't have any grandchildren- ever since I bought the ipod and synced it I get error 42003 any time I try to make a purchase.
