Under Users/AppData/Local/Spotify there is a Storage file containing over 1700 files and amounting to 1.7GB. Can you tell me what these files are and is it Ok to delete them? Thanks.

Putting Spotify into Google produces a whole list of things-

Perhaps this is appropriate, there is also a mention of free download for Windows

Yes just get rid there wont be a problem your playlists will still remain when you access Spotify
