I have noticed that since May a program called Rapport by Trustee has been installed ;on my computer and is using 28,568 k of memory when I check on Task Master. Can you tell me what this is and if it should be using all that memory

You installed it by clicking on a yes button on your internet banking website. It is a security program. If it is not causing you trouble then leave it.
