USB to phono lead

I use the 3.5mm 'headset out' to feed into an amplifier, but the socket has been damaged so I thought to use a USB lead as audio comes out like a USB headset. I want to know which leads to use to solder male phono plugs to as I have an old USB lead with Black, Red, White, Green and braided copper inside

You may not need to get the soldering iron out raf290, http://tinyurl.com/6lexrk6 you may find what you require?

You cannot just solder wires from a USB plug to phono plugs they are incompatible systems. USB is digital and phono is analogue. Take a look at these if you want to get your audio that way.
