My desktop pc was working fine yesturday today i can get it power up then it stikes on the bootup screen and wont do anything not evern let me go into the bios etc any surgestions please

PC does not check any Windows Files until BIOS as done a complete Hardware check before it hands over to Windows.

and hear note the Startup Phases 1 and 2 before boot loader

It's defiantly a Hardware Problem you have with the PC could be a stick of bad memory anything can do it
