Every time I try to install IE9 in Vista it crashes Windows Explorer. No Error messages appear.

I`ve had this on one machine. Are you trying to install it via Windows Updates or a stand alone download?

Thanks guys. Installing from both update or stand alone causes problem. Stand alone is from Yahoo.

I suggest you download an official version from MS IE9 Download Make sure that your current version of IE9 has been removed and you have performed a reboot before installing this version. Also temporarily disable your Antivirus software before doing so. I had this problem on a computer running AVG incidentally.
