PC to Mini SD card (usb)

I have a mini usb card on my mobile, and I want to transfer my email addresses to it. How can I do thi? My PC has a slot for the card. geedad

Sorry! Windows Live Mail. Mobile is VM621i, refurbished Alcatel by Virgin. Using Virgin network. geedad
