Shiver and Shake

I seem to have some very strange faults, the latest is when I am on the Internet and looking at videos! When to video is not full screen the top of the picture is shaking but when I go full screen it doesn't.

Anyone had this problem and know what causes it. I'd appreciate their help in ridding myself of it.

Is it okay if you press F11, if it is, I would just do that rather than trying to find the problem

Thanks Woodchip - pressing F11 does do the trick. How? I have absolutely no idea! It just does.
