online banking

i am having problems loggin into my online banking. i can get as far as the banks website but unable to log in. i am able to go on any other website including my paypal. i have rang the bank and they tell me there is not a problem with their system, so it must be my pc. i have temp disabled the firewall and tried but this does not work either, whats going on, urgent help needed

unable to log in

Check you are inputting your user name (code) and password correctly

DO NOT switch off your antivirus while attempting to access

try scanning for malware and retry.

Try going to your "cookies" and deleting the individual cookie for your Bank.

I had a similar problem about a month ago, and there 'was' a problem with my banks system, but the bank's adviser wasn't apparently aware of this!.

Try your login later, after you have typed in your bank domain details in your browser. Do not turn off any protection software devices.
