PC Keeps Re-Loading

Hi All. I decided to 'fire up' my old spare desktop PC (XP) which has two log on user ID's, when I log into one it loads perfectly then switches off & re-loads (it keeps doing this all the time) However if I log on using the other user ID it will work perfectly. Any ideas?

Sounds like a corrupt user profile

either delete the profile completely if you don't need it

or copy the data you require from the profile (need to be in another profile with admin privs.) My docs favourites e-mails etc. then delete the profile and create a new profile with the same name copy all the data back in.
