Empty Folders on HD

Hi ive got lots of empty folders and files on my HD how can i get rid of them is there a programme to get rid of them to make extra room on Hd thanks

Go to Add Remove Programs in Control Panel check how much Space Adobe reader takes up on your Drive, the Download and Install Foxit PDF Reader check the difference in the above then Uninstall Adobe Reader as its not needed
