Crashes

Hi everyone,
I have 2 different GPU's, GTS 250, and GTX 460. Both of them cause crashes, the GTS 250 crashes if i even open a webpage, and my GTX 460 crashes every few hours or so(Mainly during games). These crashes only started recently, i have been running my system stable for a long time. (1 time i went AFK with nothing open, and PC crashed at idle.)
What i have tried:
1:Reconfiguring Windows 7 2:Taking my PC apart, and checking for lose connections 3:Reinstalled drivers properly one million times 4:Updated, and downgraded my Bios Drivers 5:Checked my HDD for errors 6:A lot more things i can't remember lol
I badly need help with this fairly soon, as i'm on the verge of building a new PC here literally. Thanks for any help.

This PSU is actually brand new, and my 3rd.(CiT 750Watt PSU black edition)
My first stopped working, second set on fire.. I really thought i damaged the motherboard PCI slots or something.
Is there any Software i can use to test it?

you most likely checked for heat, but try running without the side on the box
