Multiple Hard drive Backup

Hey,

I have two 500 GB hard drives, and a tower system. I was wondering if it is possible to clone hard drive 1 (with my OS and data on it etc.) to the second, and then, in Windows, have my system save all data to BOTH HDDs SIMULTANIOUSLY?

This seems like it should be possible, and I believe it would be a big flaw if not. It's like, a perfect backup, however not able to find anything on the internet in reference.

All replies appreciated :) Thanks for your time.
