iplayer problems

when I watch bbc iplayer it keeps freezing with a spinning circle, sometimes it displays insuffiecent bandwith, also does it on you tube help please Eddie

I think it means that your download speed isn't high enough.

I get the same thing sometimes when using iPlayer in HD mode which requires a faster connection. Reverting to normal mode cures it.

Hi Thanks for the response I think I should have mentioned I use iplayer on my laptop, so not in HD mode Thanks Eddie
