Block Chrome advert in IE9

Maybe aired before, but I use Google as home page with IE9. Every time I close the Chrome Install invite at the top right.Is there a way of stopping it loading? Tried Goole search with no easy answer. I prefer to stay with IE9 - not Bing etc.

I also use Google as homepage and using IE9. Don't get the Chrome invite but I use this url as Google hompage,

THe only thing is this is not the UK Google page. I wonder why Google only press the UK on Chrome?
