CC Cleaner

I have started using CC Cleaner but can someone explain what the following means.I click on registry then on scan for issues and then fix issues but then get the following message. The file extension Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts.img\OpenWithProgids references an invalid program identifier. These are often left behind after uninstalling software.

Solution: Delete the registrcc cleanery value. Can someone advise thanks
