MS Visual C++ missing

Hi - my reformat seems to have gone ok, apart from the installation of Nuance's PDF Converter 6 Professional. MS Virtual C++2008 Redistributable x86 appears to be missing - heaven knows what it is!

It was on the pc prior to the reformat, along with several similarC++ things. I've tried to download it from the MS website, but to no avail. Am I looking for the wrong thing? I certainly didn't download it knowingly, so assumed it was part of something which appeared automatically.

Any ideas, anyone, please?
