Hi all i have this unknown branded hdd media player,it works fine through pc hook up and also through tv,but on switch on it displays the menu for a brief minute then goes off,any ideas,i do not have any set up cds with this hardware

EN306-TV no brand on unit,but its similar to the make vibe.
