wireless light not on BT

hi We have BT broad band connection. all the lights are on or flashing except the wireless, which means we can not get a connection on the lap top. I have tried removing all the leads and leaving for afew mins ... no better when reconnected. any ideas tks

Using a paperclip,or similer press in the reset button on the back

Or if version 2 of BTHomehub, the reset button is on the right-hand edge, bottom-right.

Failing that, you may need to go into the hub Settings and make sure wireless is not disabled.
