Trojan problem

My daughter got a trojan in her computer. I have used road kill on it without success. any other good programmes you can recommend would be great or do i have to wipe the hard drive - i hope not, lol. Thanks in advance E.

Hello Eysha, malwarebytes that was mentioned above should sort out the problem. U def have some nasties on her laptop.

Try the free trial for kaspersky here..it'll rid u of those nasties

Have just discovered that the Accessories folder is missing. How can i get it back for her? It is probably a hidden file again but not sure where to look for it. Would i have been better off formatting the hard drive or not? Thanks in advance E.
