laptop screen issues

Hi all,

I have an HP 610 laptop which appears distorted on bootup (bios options etc unreadable), and undistorted but with a yellow tint on windows login screen.

I have tried a working screen and screen cable and have had no success. Also, if I boot into the BIOS, it appears fine.

Any ideas?

I would say this is a Graphics chip Problem, not Screen. That means a new motherboard as its part of the Motherboard.

PS I have the HP 510

As it seems okay in BIOS you could try new graphics drivers
